In the room you will find a bathing bag with

• Towels for the pool area
• Cosy bathrobes for hire in M and XL
• Disposable slippers (please take them home with you)
• We also have children's bathrobes for the kids

There are additional towels in the sauna area for the sauna sessions

• Drinks consumed during the day are summarised and automatically added to the room bill in the evening.
• In the morning, the entire drinks bill from the previous day is available for review at the breakfast table. If the overview is incorrect, please report it to reception and we will correct it.
• At the end of your stay, the drinks will be charged together with the room bill.

Travelling by electric car and need an e-charging station on site?

We have installed a new charging station directly at the hotel car park. While you enjoy your holiday and recharge your own "batteries" in the Achensee region, you can recharge your electric car with fresh energy for the next trip.

Not in the mood to go home yet?

As our rooms are usually booked again on the same day, we ask you to leave your room until 10.30 am. However, if you don't want to go home yet, you are welcome to spend a nice day with us. Simply take your bathrobes and bathing bag from your room to the changing room by the pool area (key for lockers available at reception).

Would you like to sleep longer tomorrow?

The ‘Do not disturb’ door sign on the outside of the hotel room signals to the housekeeping team that no access to the room is desired.

If you generally do not wish to have your room cleaned on certain days or for the entire stay, please let reception know by 18:00 the day before or use this form

• Well-behaved, house-trained dogs with a friendly nature are welcome
• only on request and not possible in every room category - so please always book in advance

• We ask for your understanding that four-legged friends are not allowed in some room categories, in the dining rooms and in the swimming pool and wellness area.
• Please bring your dog's usual bedding such as a dog basket or cosy blanket. For reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed to cuddle in the guest beds and on sofas. Please do not use guest towels from the room for dogs. 
• For safety reasons, our cleaning staff will not enter a room where there is a dog. Please use the door sign that was given to you on arrival to signalise possible access to the cleaning staff.
• If the dog cannot stay in the room alone during breakfast and dinner, we can alternatively only offer you a place in the Kaminstüberl (unfortunately not much space, therefore not suitable for larger groups) - in the warm summer months also outside on our terraces.
• We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required. The owner is liable for any damage caused by his dog to other guests or to the hotel facilities. 

• Dogs must generally be kept on a lead in the Achensee region.
• Dogs also require a muzzle on various forms of public transport.

• Dog faeces must be removed by the dog owner. There are dog toilets with bags in various places in the region.

During the overwater massage with original hydrojet technology, warm jets of water hit the underside of the soft natural rubber lying surface in even movements and massage the body while you float weightlessly on the dry "water surface". You can enjoy the soothing massage easily and hygienically in your normal clothes, as there is no strain on your circulation and no perspiration. Simply lie down, choose your massage and enjoy!

Free public bus in the Achensee region

Would you like to explore the Achensee region free of charge and conveniently while doing something good for the environment? Then don't forget to pack your AchenseeCard (= guest card)! We'll give it to you when you check in at reception. The practical guest card serves as a free ticket for the public, barrier-free Regiobus (VVT), which runs regularly between the villages on Lake Achensee (Achenkirch, Maurach, Pertisau and Steinberg).

Arrival and departure from Jenbach free of charge

If you are travelling by train and arrive at Jenbach station, you can travel on to Lake Achensee from there free of charge. Simply show the bus driver your reservation confirmation from the Liebes Caroline Hotel - this way you can also travel to Pertisau free of charge and in an environmentally friendly way. And on departure, you can use your bill from your stay at Lake Achensee as a free ticket to Jenbach railway station.

Regular guest discounts only apply to regular room rates for stays of 7 nights or more for direct bookings and not to entire package or all-inclusive prices.
