Cancellations are accepted in writing (e-mail is sufficient). The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply. Depending on the rate selected (e.g. non-refundable, early booking), different cancellation conditions apply, which are shown during the booking process and take precedence.
For standard rate reservations for direct bookings and via our hotel website, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 91 days before arrival you can postpone or cancel free of charge (without giving reasons).
- For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
- For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, 90 % of the total price will be charged
- In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival (no-show) or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged (in deviation from AGBH 2006).
No right of cancellation (§ 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG)
There is no 14-day right of cancellation for accommodation contracts with a fixed performance period.
For cancellations before arrival, booked individual services will not be deducted separately.
