Cancellation policy

General information

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form (an email is sufficient).

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply, unless otherwise agreed below. Depending on the selected rate (e.g. Standard Rate, FlexRate or Non-Refundable Rate), different cancellation conditions may apply. These conditions are shown during the booking process and take precedence over the AGBH 2006

For accommodation contracts with a fixed service period, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG.

In the event of cancellations bevor arrival, booked individual services will not be deducted separately.

The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Schwaz, Tyrol.

We definitely recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

 

Standard rate

Payment

  • 20% deposit upon booking
  • Remaining balance payable on site

Cancellation Conditions

Up to 61 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge or rescheduled to another date free of charge.

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • 60 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • No-show: 100% of the total price

Early departure

In case of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged. This provision deviates from the AGBH 2006

 

Flex Rate / Flexible Rate

Payment

  • 20% deposit upon booking
  • Remaining balance payable on site

Cancellation policy

Up to 8 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge or rescheduled to another date free of charge.

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

  • 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • No-show: 100% of the total price

Early departure

In case of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged. This provision deviates from the AGBH 2006.

 

Non-refundable rate

Payment

  • 100% advance payment immediately upon booking

Cancellation Conditions / Early Departure

This rate cannot be cancelled, refunded or rebooked.

In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted. 100% of the total price will be charged.
