If your cancellation is outside our cancellation period (varies depending on the rate you have booked), there's no need to worry. Simply send us an email and we'll confirm your free cancellation.
If your cancellation falls within the cancellation period, we understand that this can be disappointing. If you have taken out Hotel Cancellation Premium by European Travel Insurance, you may be able to claim your cancellation costs, depending on the terms and conditions of your policy.
