Our prices are in Euro per person and night including half-board plus catering, excluding visitor's tax.
Visitor's tax (tourist tax) currently € 3.00 per night and person is not included in the room rate and will only be charged on site according to year of birth. No tourist tax is charged for children staying overnight until the end of the calendar year of their 15th birthday.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of errors and refer to the current price lists.
Regular guest discounts only apply to regular room prices for direct bookings and not to total package prices. Stays booked via other booking platforms such as booking, etc. do not count.
Price advantages can only be claimed once per booking. The offer that is more favourable for you always applies. Please book package deals in advance.
Services not utilised will not be reimbursed.
We ask for your understanding that it is possible to book room categories, but not specific room numbers or floors (we note requests and endeavour to fulfil them, but cannot guarantee it).
Pre-payment
After booking, a pre-payment of approx. 20% of the total price is usually required. This may vary depending on the payment plan of the chosen rate (e.g. Non-Refundable rates).
For online bookings via our website, payment can be made directly online with VISA, MASTERCARD, Maestro or VPay. or A booking confirmation or deposit confirmation will then be sent to you.

Cancellation policy
General information
Cancellations will only be accepted in written form (an email is sufficient).
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply, unless otherwise agreed below. Depending on the selected rate (e.g. Standard Rate, FlexRate or Non-Refundable Rate), different cancellation conditions may apply. These conditions are shown during the booking process and take precedence over the AGBH 2006
For accommodation contracts with a fixed service period, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG.
In the event of cancellations bevor arrival, booked individual services will not be deducted separately.
The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Schwaz, Tyrol.
We definitely recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Conditions
Up to 61 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge or rescheduled to another date free of charge.
In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price
- No-show: 100% of the total price
Early departure
In case of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged. This provision deviates from the AGBH 2006

Arrival
Online Check-In:
- If possible, please complete the online check-in (link in booking confirmation) before arrival (travel document is a mandatory field for the main guest) and sign digitally, then the guest card (=room key) can already be prepared and check-in on site is possible more quickly.
Room occupancy:
- On the day of arrival we can guarantee that you can move into your room from 2.00 p.m.
Early arrival and Check-In:
- enjoy breakfast from the buffet from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. (for an extra charge, please book in advance)
- or park your car, pick up your visitor card (=AchenseeCard) and enjoy the Achensee holiday region
- or while waiting for your room to be ready you can stay on our wonderful sun terrace and and enjoy a cup of coffee or the included soup of the day for lunch (12.00 noon to 1.30 p.m.)
Late Arrival after 6.00 p.m.:
- Please inform us if you will arrive after 6.00 p.m. You can start dinner between 6.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., except (usually on Fridays) Gala Dinner which starts between 6.15 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.
Our small hotel is currently designed for occupancy with half-board plus and therefore we do not offer a reduction for overnight stays with breakfast only.
Planning an early arrival?
You set off early in the morning to arrive early and would now like to have breakfast with us on the day of arrival to start the day well fortified? With pleasure. Our breakfast buffet is set up from 08:00 to 10:00. Please let us know the day before at the latest so that we can find a place for you.

Dog
- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs with a friendly nature are welcome

- We ask for your understanding that four-legged friends are not allowed in some room categories, in the dining rooms and in the swimming pool and wellness area.
- Please bring your dog's usual bedding such as a dog basket or cosy blanket. For reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed to cuddle in the guest beds and on sofas. Please do not use guest towels from the room for dogs.
- For safety reasons, our cleaning staff will not enter a room where there is a dog. Please use the door sign that was given to you on arrival to signalise possible access to the cleaning staff.
- If the dog cannot stay in the room alone during breakfast and dinner, we can alternatively only offer you a place in the Kaminstüberl (unfortunately not much space, therefore not suitable for larger groups) - in the warm summer months also outside on our terraces.
- We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required. The owner is liable for any damage caused by his dog to other guests or to the hotel facilities.
- Dogs must generally be kept on a lead in the Achensee region.
- Dogs also require a muzzle on various forms of public transport.
- In diversen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln benötigen Hunde zusätzlich einen Maulkorb.
- Dog faeces must be removed by the dog owner. There are dog toilets with bags in various places in the region.

- Der Treuebonus gilt für alle Direktbuchungen über unsere Website sowie für Buchungen per E-Mail oder Telefon.
- Jeder Direktaufenthalt zählt – unabhängig von der Aufenthaltsdauer.
- Der jeweilige Preisvorteil wird auf den tagesaktuellen Zimmerpreis zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung angewendet.
- Aufenthalte, die über externe Buchungsplattformen (OTAs z. B. Bookingcom, Expedia, etc.) gebucht wurden, können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.
- Der Treuebonus ist mit unseren jeweils gültigen Direktbuchervorteilen kombinierbar (z. B. Frühbuchervorteil oder Kurzfrist-Vorteil), sofern diese für deinen Reisezeitraum verfügbar sind.
- Ausgenommen sind Sonderaktionen, bei denen der Treuebonus ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen ist (z. B. Kennenlern-Angebote sowie 4=3- oder 7=6-Aktionen).
- Bei unseren Packages und Pauschalen (z. B. Golfwochen oder Erlebniswochen) wird der Treuebonus ausschließlich auf den Zimmerpreis angewendet. Im Package enthaltene Zusatzleistungen – wie z. B. Greenfees, die Achensee Erlebniscard, Massagen, Getränke, Gutscheine oder andere Inklusivleistungen – sind vom Treuebonus ausgenommen.

- Sollten wir vor Ort keinen Hinweis auf deinen Treuestatus erhalten, ist eine nachträgliche Anrechnung oder Rückerstattung des Treuebonus nach dem Check-out leider nicht mehr möglich.

As our rooms are usually booked again on the same day, we ask you to leave your room until 10.30 am. However, if you don't want to go home yet, you are welcome to spend a nice day with us. Simply take your bathrobes and bathing bag from your room to the changing room by the pool area (key for lockers available at reception).

Departure of the room/Check Out:
- On the day of departure please leave the room until 10.30 am.
End of season:
- Please note that late check outs and day spas are not possible on the last day of departure before the end of the season. Our team will be happy to assist you until 11.00 am. Thank you for your understanding.
