Taking out travel insurance after booking
Forgot to add travel insurance when making your reservation? In many cases, you can still purchase cover afterwards.
Please note: If the insurance is not purchased at the same time as your accommodation booking, cover for cancellation benefits begins 10 days after the insurance has been taken out. Exceptions apply in certain cases, such as accidents, death or specific natural events, as defined in the policy terms and conditions.

How to Submit an Insurance Claim
Do you need to cancel your holiday?
If your cancellation is outside our cancellation period (varies depending on the rate you have booked), there's no need to worry. Simply send us an email and we'll confirm your free cancellation.
If your cancellation falls within the cancellation period, we understand that this can be disappointing. If you have taken out Hotel Cancellation Premium by European Travel Insurance, you may be able to claim your cancellation costs, depending on the terms and conditions of your policy.
